string + aja

I am really in love with Nisse and Kajsa Strinning's design, the String shelf. I have not found myself wanting to buy one, mostly because of the price, and I have not had the luck to find an affordable one at any second hand store. My mother-in-law remembers one shelf hanging on the wall in my father-in-laws childhood home, but that one seems to be lost.

But as we moved to Stockholm I did not have to search any longer. In the apartment are two vintage shelfs. Probably bfrom the 1950's or 60's, they look fairly vintage.

The books are not mine, since we are renting half-furnitured.
But the great looking cards are mine! They are from the talented Aja Lund and can be bought in the Lundagård webshop!

Nu när du börjar bli varm i kläderna borde du åka ut till tex Sundbyberg, ( Myrorna,Stadsmissionen,en loppiskällare...)-loppisarna är bättre och billigare utanför stan! Erikshjälpen i Spånga är bra också!
