Recipe for kladdkakemuffins
I got a request for the recipe for kladdkakemuffinsen and I would love to share it! (Är det inte så M, att om man delar med sig av något gott blir det ännu godare?!:)
Here it goes:
Kladdkaka
Sticky cake
(for one pie or 12 cupcakes)
Stir all the ingredients in a bowl
2 eggs
3 dl sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar
4 tablespoons of cocoa
1 pinch of salt
1,5 dl flour (can successfully be exchanged for gluten free flour)
1 dl (ca 100 g) melted butter
Bake in 200° C oven heat for about 20-30 min.
It should be a bit sticky when you take it out of the oven.
You can vary the cupcakes by putting apple or berries in the cupcake moulds. But they are heavenly enough without extra filling.
For topping I used cream cheese (like Philadelphia) and powdered sugar with lemon zest or cocoa. Topping off with berries is also a hit! Experiment!
