I made gingerbread parfait for our traditional Christmas dinner with family G-Å (this year we ate our dinner after Christmas, but it was as good a food and enjoyable company as had it been the day before Christmas Eve!). I had 5 egg whites as leftovers from making the parfait so I made organic chocolate swirl meringues. Yummy!
