Just a quick note on foolish me; I did not forget my camera in Kronoby, I had it in my bag all the time...

I was served lemon meringue pie on this plate a few weeks ago at my parents in law. It was good. The cake was made for my husband. It is a tradition in that house to bake one when celebrating something. This time it was a birthday.
