I wanted to bake bread and while I was at it I baked two kinds of cookies as well. Granola bread, Incomparables (yes, that is the name of the cookie, "makalösa" in Swedish) and Farmer's biscuits ("bondkakor"). The Incomparables are my all time favourites, my mum always baked them for Christmas. Yummy!S
